Description: Description of complaint: directions: take gibsonton exit off i-75 and head west towards us hwy 41. follow gibsonton dr several miles, past walmart & gibsonton elementary. about 1 mile past gibsonton elementary (& almost diagonal from patriot metals), take right onto davis st, it's about the 6th property on your right i just recently rented a house by this property. it is an eyesore. there is an inoperable & unregistered pick-up/camper being used for storage or housing, i'm not sure which. as you can see by the attached pictures, it is nothing but a rusty bucket. i think several different types of wildlife are holed up in there - i've seen a raccoon come over the fence several times from that direction. this vehicle has probably leaked all of it's fluid into the ground & there's a creek on the other side of the fence. the tires are rotted. it's just nasty. there's all sorts of debris laying around too. the crabby lady who lives there just seems to be adding to the rubbish daily. she has three sheds on her property, cant she put that stuff there. if we get a hurricane this summer, that stuff is going to be spread all over the neighborhood. i certainly don't want those air tanks, tool boxes, or engine hoist landing on my roof. last week when it was raining & windy, that car port/awning thingy was swaying and dancing. i don't think it was properly installed and i doubt seriously it was permitted. i doubt her storage sheds were permitted either. supporting file or photo: 9928 davis st.zip additional information: form submitted on: 2/23/2015 10:23:09 pm
