Description: Tenent has submitted a letter in november to landlord regarding serious issues regard repairs and mold that have gone unattended since she moved in. he said that he would make accommodations within the first month that they moved in and has done nothing. there is a mold problems in the bathroom and kitchen, and hallway. causing health problems for tenents. the refridgerator is leaking causing the floor to warp. there are no screens on the window and they do not open properly. the a/c does not work properly, leaks contributing to the mold problem. there is a gross community garbage can by the kitchen door that they have asked the landlord to move due to its unsanitary and ordiferious nature. there is also missing paneling in the kitchen and living, causing inscects to infest the dwelling.
