Description: Addressable fire alarm system with a value greater than $10000.00. rate of rise heat detectors will be installed in all un air conditioned spaces. smoke detectors are located in the air conditioned spaces. the ceilings in the warehouse area are 18' high with 16" beams every 4'. the spacing has been reduced in these areas to 21'. per code we are not required to install pull stations if the property is protected through out by automatic detection but we have included three pull stations at the main entry exits points used. a cellular fire communicator will be used for monitoring instead of phone lines. the system will be installed per n.f.p.a. code and the local building codes.
