Description: The following is the information a citizen submitted using the online form on the hillsborough county code enforcement complaint form. description of complaint = i would like to file an complaint in regard to illegal parking on county right-of-way property. i currently operate a bait shop located along u.s highway 41, in gibsonton. along the frontage of my bait shop is a county right-of-way property, which also run parallel with u.s 41 highway. everyday, fishermen access to the water via an old-broken-public-boat-ramp, which located next to my bait shop. after fishermen launch their water-craft, pulling up their trailers and park their vehicles along side of highway 41, in which totally blocking the frontage of my store. worst cases happened on weekend whereas too many fishermen uses the boat-ramp and therefore too many vehicles and trailers are illegally parking on county-right-of-way property, sometime parked vehicles could reach half a mile long along the highway. being unorganized parking spaces and uncontrollable county right-of-way property, many times it lead to others problems such as: - conflict between vehicles owners, because one vehicle is blocking the other vehicle. - at the end of the day, garbages from careless boaters that are left behind along side of the highway and on the boat-ramp - broken asphalt along the side road and side-walk. currently both need repair. - dried grass on the county property right-of-way because of prolong heat from parked vehicle's engine. for years, i totally feel that it is unfair for me keep cleaning up all the messes that boaters left behind on this piece of property. sometime i have to pay others to keep up this property nice and clean for just because my business is located next to it. since i have no authority over this piece of property and therefore i have no control over it. so, i'm asking you to to something about this matter. thank you best regard mykhe nguyen street number = 11307 street name = south us highway 41 apt./lot number = zip code = 33534 nearest major intersection = symme road and us highway 41 what road does the location run off of? = right off bull frog creek bridge name of subdivision, apartment complex, or mobile home park = owner name (if known) = address (if known) = , apt. or lot number = complainant name = mykhe mike phone = 813 469-1453 email me a confirmation copy of this complaint = yes submitter's email address = [email protected]
