Description: 29 april 10 - posted orange nov on two vehicles with expired plates parked in the driveway. 7 may 10 - spoke to ms. salazar about the two vehicles. they belong to her husband who is out of the conuntry. he will move the vehicles as soon as he gets back. she has no keys and no way to move them 21 may 10 - mr. salazar came into the office and requested a little more time to move the vehicles. i gave him until 31 may to move the vehicles. 4 jun 10 - the vehicles were still in the driveway. spoke to mr. salazar, he said he was moving them into the garage. 8 jun 10 - the vehicles are still in the driveway - sending nov 15 jun 10 - sent summons to june 24 ceb the responsible party, mr salazar, was contacted in writing on 29 april 2010 in the form of an orange sticker posted on each of the vehicles and was given 14 days to correct the violation by property licensing the vehicles, parking the vehicles in the garage, or removing the vehicles from the property.

Description: 28 sep 07 - neighborhood residents complain of auto repair work being done at this address. investigation noted a large number of vehicles parked in the driveway. the owner works for an auto dealership and has several son's and they have friends. he says he does not work on cars for profit but does work on his family and friend's vehicles. 17 oct 07 - received another complaint from berkshire manor that auto repair work is taking place at this address. i stopped and spoke to the resident. he produced insurance documentation for the vehicles parked in his driveway. he stated that the vehicles were either his, his son's, or his sister-in-laws. he stated that he does not do auto repaire for pay and that the only work he does is for friends and family. he works for rbm of atlanta. 30 nov 07 - inoperative vehicle parked on street in front of this house 3 dec 07 - no vehicles being repaired. 4 vehicles were in the the drive, but they have been there before. - inoperative vehicle parked in the street 8 jan 08 - vehicle is still parked in the street with nov of 28 dec 07 posted on window. 9 jan 08 - nov of 28 dec 07 was still on the window of the vehicle. posted nov on front door of home stating the vehicle will be towed if not removed nlt 14 jan 08. 16 jan 08 - inoperative vehicle has been moved 17 jun 08 - bret and i spoke to the homeowner again after more complaints from the neighborhood. we stressed to the homeowner that he could not be operating a vehicle repair business at that location. he said he understood. 3 dec 08 - i have not noticed any vehicle repair activity being done at this address since we spoke to the homeowner in june. 2 oct 09 - observed vehicle with an expired tag parked on the street in front of this property. placed an orange nov tag on the vehicle to have them move the vehicle by 10-5-09. 5 oct 09 - re-inspected the vehicle. it is in the same location. the orange nov has been removed. sent a formal nov. issue summons if not moved by 12 oct 09. 7 oct 09 - vehicle has been removed.
