Thank you for your purchase of HUDWAY Glass! We hope that your experience with the product will be flawless. However, in case it fails to meet your expectations, or there’s a problem with it, please review the information below.

Returns and refunds

In case you want to return HUDWAY Glass bought at hudwayglass.com, you are free to do so for any reason in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Email us at support@hudwayapp.com to get full shipping instructions.

Please note that you will need to:

(1) include a proof of purchase with your return,
(2) mail it to us with the tracking option.

Failure to do so may delay or hinder issuance of the refund. You can choose any carrier to ship your package to us, as long as it gives a tracking number to track your shipment.

Once you send the product, please email us its tracking number to support@hudwayapp.com. We'll process your case within 15 business days from receipt of the package and will notify you by email once we issued the refund.

Note: HUDWAY Glass purchased at retail or online stores must be returned where you purchased it. Return policies may vary. Restocking fees may apply. Contact dealers directly for their return policy information.


This Limited Warranty is granted by and the Limitation of Liability is stipulated for the benefit of Hudway, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (“Hudway”).

What the Warranty Covers

Hudway warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) of HUDWAY Glass, with which this Limited Warranty is included (“Product”) that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use (“Defects”) for a period of one (1) year from the date that the Product was first purchased by you (“Warranty Period”).

During the Warranty Period the Product will be repaired, replaced or refunded at Hudway’s sole discretion without charge to you for either parts or labor. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred to any other person.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

(i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents;
(ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
(iii) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Hudway;
(iv) damage to the Product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Hudway,
(v) any damage to a smartphone used in connection with the Product;
and (vi) any software downloaded or used in connection with the Product.

In addition, Hudway reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against Product that was obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.

No Other Warranties or Remedies

The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. this warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

In no event shall HUDWAY be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages to you, your smartphone or any other personal property in connection with the use of the product.

In no event shall HUDWAY be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages for any traffic or driving-related fines or citations, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product or from defects in the product.

In no event shall HUDWAY be liable to you or any third party for any incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including attorney fees arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product, or for any claim by any other party.

HUDWAY retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the Product or offer a refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

In order to make a claim of a Defect, you must contact HUDWAY during the Warranty Period via email support@hudwayapp.com to explain the Defect and to obtain an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) if necessary. You will have to provide the description and evidence of the defect and a proof of purchase. If the valid warranty claim is submitted, HUDWAY will notify you by email if your product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

If instructed to do so by HUDWAY, you will need to return the Product to us, along with (1) an explanation of the Defect and evidence of the defect, such as photos or any other evidence; and (2) proof of purchase to the address provided to you by Hudway. You must comply with any other return procedures stated by Hudway, if any.

Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction. If any part of this Limited Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Limited Warranty shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.

This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications.

Except for the Limited Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUDWAY and its distributors and suppliers provide the Product “AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS”, and hereby disclaim all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of: merchantability, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, system integration, performance level, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability or availability, accuracy or completeness, results, workmanlike effort, and reasonable care and skill, all with regard to the Product, and the provision of or failure to provide support or other services, information, software, and related content through the Product or otherwise arising out of the use of the Product. This exclusion does not apply to (i) any implied condition as to title and (ii) any implied warranty as to conformity with description.

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract or anything else), the entire liability of HUDWAY and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product.

Online Auction Purchases

Products purchased through online auctions are not eligible for rebates or other special offers from Hudway warranty coverage. Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification. To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer is required. Hudway will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online auction.

International Purchases

A separate warranty may be provided by international distributors for the product purchased outside the United States depending on the country. If applicable, this warranty is provided by the local in-country distributor and this distributor provides local service for your device. Distributor warranties are only valid in the area of intended distribution.
