Description: Dig one 2x4' hole in pavement to abandon gas service at 811 w. 45th st. work to be completed by mge. this permit is issued by the company using a "remote access" arrangement with the city and except in the case of an emergency as defined by the city's ordinances rules and regulations is issued prior to commencement of the work. by use of the system the company acknowledges its obligation to comply with all applicable ordinances rules and regulations in effect during the period the work authorized by this permit is performed. although the company has no legal entitlement to the remote access system its use may benefit the city and the company. however the company acknowledges that violations of the applicable ordinances rules and regulations and terms of this permit may result in termination of the company's use of the remote access system at the city's discretion.
