Description: Permit to work after hours on saturday 6/28/14 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. the contractor is jim griep 602-989-0581 on permit ncu2014-00602. 20w820153t if the building safety director should determine that the public health and safety will not be impaired by the erection, demolition, alteration, or repair (including excavation) of any building or the excavation of streets and highways within the hours of six (6:00) p.m. and five (5:00) a.m. during the months of may, june, july, august, and september and within the hours of six (6:00) p.m. and six (6:00) a.m. during the rest of the months of the year, and if the building safety director shall further determine that loss or inconvenience would result to any party in interest, the building safety director may grant permission for such work to be done within the above hours upon application being made at the time the permit for the work is awarded or during the progress of the work. (2034,4028,4253) this permit is issued with the following conditions: 1. all residence within 500 feet of the project property line shall be notified in writing. the notice shall explain the purpose of the after hours work and the times and days the work will be performed. 2. the notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor. 3. all reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate noise. 4. all reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate fugitive light. 5. the applicant will respond positively to neighbor complaints. 6.bsd can cancel this permit if legitimate complaints are not resolved.
