Description: To all, i performed an annual fire inspection for eye glass world located at 10244 east adamo drive. (n.e. corner of adamo and falkenburg rd). while i was at the site i noticed severe structural damage on the front of the building. i am unclear if there might possibly be a sink hole situation or possibly a failed foundation at this address. on 6/11/2010 the front of the store has 2 vertical jacks holding up the faade of the store. i also observed severe horizontal and vertical structural cracking on this building in the front, and what appears to be the foundation tilting/dropping severely in the front of building. in my opinion we should send code enforcement, building official, structural engineer to this site a.s.a.p. to verify if the building is safe to be occupied. please advise. thank you kevin mcguire
